Brand new replacement guitar broken 30 seconds into first song

well as the title states my brand new replacement guitar brok 30 seconds into first song same problem as before the upstrum wont register. guess im getting a third replacement and im sure people have complained about this already but seriously, congrats to ea for sending out replacements but are you really that stupid to just keep sending out broken ones? is there no screening proccess? red octane got all their guitars right the first try youd think these guys would be able to fix it after three.

Q: Does the other controls respond when you press them 1 time? A:Yes
