Whats the deal with FC'n songs and not getting Gold Stars! I know this is not the hardest "Rock Band" out there, most songs would fall in the Teir 1 or 2 on other Rock Band games. But if you FC it for goodness sake you should get the gold stars. They need to fix this.

Gold stars in RB have never been about FCs...it's always been about score and good use of Overdrive/Beatlemania. This won't get "fixed", it's working as it should.

Some are harder to get and require a precise OD path but Jixzer is right it's about score. If you don't apply OD in the right places some songs will be hard or impossible to GS.

I remember FCing Bang a Gong on bass and no gold stars. I hit 100% of the notes so I was happy with that. I don't need to "fix" a game so that it's easier to earn a gold star. I haven't really needed that since 1st grade.

seriously though, is it that important to you? the game is about entertainment, are you not entertained? if not then move along, this isn't the game you're looking for.

Some songs you're probably just going to need another good player or two to gold star. What's the problem with that?

The GS are alot easier to get on the drums BTW. I got 6 or 7 in a row last night in the first Abbey Roads venue.

Gold stars are usually easiest on vocals, but for some songs (like Helter Skelter) I recommend drums.
