I know this might be dumb to complain about but my Beatles rockband game case seems like it could break the spindle from the cd. It happened to my Skate 2 game.

Pretty standard gear. Just don't rip it out in a frenzy, like you did Skate2, ok? :o

Try switching the case with an older title. Those shouldn't have the 2 tabs to press down to get the game out.

You can buy replacements on ebay.

Plastic breaks.

Not a problem, my disc hasn't been out of the X-Box since 9/9/09 ! :)
