Guitar Gold Star Cutoffs

So, I compiled this list over at GameFAQS (with a little help from a few of the members) and I decided to post it over here too. These aren't 100% accurate, but are a good reference for trying to get gold stars, especially for the gold star achievements. If the numbers are off, they shouldn't be by more than 100-200. I plan to update as the DLC comes out, so we'll see how that goes.

which not only does guitar hero but has a rockband site and is constantly updating, it has incorporated the beatles rock band as well. You can see all the gold star cutoffs for all instruments and most instrument combos as well.

I had actually thought of doing the same until I found that scorehero basically does it for you...here is the guitar gold star cutoffs that I compiled using youtube videos and trying my best to locate the lowest gold star scores. I hope this is helpful to you:

Does anyone know if anyone's done something similar for getting Gold Stars on Vox or Bass? I only ask because I've managed to get the odd couple of GS on these two, and so far I've found it much easier to approach getting a GS on Taxman through this method (blasted guitar solo lol!)

I once started looking at the score cut-offs, and it drove me crazy, watching my score during a song... :p

I just play, and if I Gold Star it... the wife gets a kiss. More incentive than the Stars, anyway!

Last time I checked scorehero (a couple days ago), they didn't have the cutoffs up. I did the same you did to try to get the cutoffs (check youtube, look at scorehero scores). I can confirm that your score of The End is off. I have gold on the song and I only got 46,900 points.

EDIT: So is Get Back. The cutoff is somewhere around 99600 because I had gold on the song with 99800. My highest right now is a little of 100000 and it's gold.

Ok, so I'm new to the achievements, I normally just play to play. Now with TB:RB I'm trying to earn achievements. My understanding here is that you don't have to 100% to get the Gold Stars, you just have to reach a certain number of points. Is this correct?

I doubt it. I'm not very good at drums so it would be pretty hard for me to do it. Guitar/bass are easier for me because I can get gold on most of the songs in the game. Drums, I can get gold on about 2 or 3 of them.
