yea if you hold down L2 when you sing the other people can hear you singing..

it has ingame online voice chat..

The point trying to be made above is that all vocalists do need to be on the same console: you can't have lead on one and harmonies on another.

You can however do vocals for other remote users who are on instruments.

Please don't ever ever EVER do that. Your vocals are delayed by somewhere like 1-2 seconds and it really throws everybody else off.
