I requested a replacement guitar on November 20th.

I still have not received it! What the ****?????

I do not wish to call and talk to someone who barely knows my language, doesn't know what the hell is going on, for another hour.

What the hell is going on over there? Really, it's been a goddamn month nearly, what the **** is taking so long?

Last time I called, you had received my guitar on December 10th. It's been a week. How's that 2 day shipping going?

I heard this at least twenty times on the phone just now. If only every other word weren't long "uhhhhh"'s from someone who doesn't know english, call would be a lot shorter.

Also, calling the support line and choosing the selection of "calling about an existing support issue.." it hung up on me after two rings everytime (6 times).

Also the blaring music from some lame - ass band while on hold was annoying as hell.

Ultimately I was told that my package is out on delivery. Please wait 1 or 2 days for the package. Hmmm. 2 day shipping my ass....

I wish he could have given me something solid like a tracking number, the date the package was shipped, SOMETHING!

eventually I asked to speak with a supervisor or someone I could understand what they were saying. Not available, so I asked for a callback tomorrow, in which the customer service representative replied by asking for my e-mail address.
