New ps3 need old downloaded(bought) songs

So my old ps3 broke with an error code. The ps3 error code of death and the secret menu to resore files didnt fix it. So i got a new ps3. I can just transfer all my old data from ps3 to ps3. Almost everything but rockband. I spent like 40$ on songs. Are they lost now? or can i deactivate the old account and sign in again to psn and everything purchased come up. Help me out please. Sign in with the name you used to buy the songs, then head to the PS3 store. At the top right is a 'downloads' button that will take you to your purchase history.
