No Rock Band disc

I'm Canadian, so I made the trip across the border to get the game for PS3. When I opened it up back home, there was no disc inside the jewelcase. It was factory sealed, it was just inexplicably shipped without the game disc inside. What can I do to replace it asap? I am really pissed off that they would allow something like this to happen.

you probobly shouldnt have broken the release date for one thing

but you may just have to buy a disc copy of rock band once it is release in canada

Well I guess i will just have to send it away when the game is released here. ****ing ******ed. I still payed the same price as everyone else even if i live 1 hour away.
