The Noobiest Question in the world/Drum stuff

Yea, I've been looking around for an answer to my question, no help anywhere else, so I'll ask you guys since you're so cool. I have a Wii, with a GHWT drum kit. The problem with the drum kit is the bass pedal is broken (strong foot XD).......the replacement pedal on Activision's site will cost $40 to ship to Canada. I stopped by an EBgames/Gamestop or whatever, they have RB2 drum pedals. I'm wondering exactly if this is going to work with my GHWT drum set. Some other problem I've noticed with the game, or maybe this is just my kit specifically, but when I don't want to play "Ringo-style" and play lefty flip drums like I should, there are a few problems. For example, when I hit the yellow cymbal and the green pad, it registers as yellow and red being hit. Same with the Orange cymbal and green pad, it registers as blue and red. I guess I can't complain and be thankful Harmonix even made the game compatible with the drumset in the first place, but the problems with the kit is too much, I'm ready to just buy a new Beatles Rock Band kit. Anyway, if someone can answer my question that'd be great, thanks.

It will not. RB pedals don't work with GH drum kits, and GH pedals don't work with RB drum kits.

Ringo might have been left-handed, but he didn't play drums that way. His drum kit was set up like a right-handed player's.

Your first problem is that you live in Canada.

Your second problem is...well, you still live in Canada so it doesn't matter.

I know, that's why I said I played lefty when I DIDN'T want to play Ringo style, meaning I'd be a lefty playing a righty kit normally, thus Ringo-style. Yea, living in Canada sucks, TB:RB didn't ship to my store till Saturday after the release :(

id rather live in canada and get shafted occasionally on promos and supply for RB tbh...


on topic; drum pedals dont work on competitors kits, ghwt kit sucks ( i know from experience) go buy a $400 ion kit like i had to :p
