In my country AYNIL was used as the opening theme/recurrent jingle for a popular, crappy "dating game" on TV. by the late Nineties, everybody got so fed up with the song... I literally stopped listening to it for years. But playing it in TB:RB, and following the charts and all, well... I just fell in love with the song again! Soooo Lennon. Recommended.

I'm just happy that at some point in the late 60's John and Paul decided to give us all AYNIL...and for that I'm eternally grateful. I'm also happy that HMX got the Beatles license and handled AYNIL the way they did. I, for one, would have loved to have been a fly on the wall in their offices when Paul, Yoko and the HMX staff were discussing the ins and outs of AYNIL and how it should be approached.

Had it been Activision who got the Beatles deal, I fear they would have forced AYNIL on us all.

to the OP: AYNIL is great and the more people you can get around to perform it the better.
