Yellow Drum Pad Problem

It only works if i hit it dead center, instead of the full 7" drum anything outside of I'd say 3.5" wont register at all. I just got RB today hit to have to get a replacement already. Any self fixes? It does register fine if hit in the middle nearly all the time, or if i whack it real hard on the outter edges but not really the best way to handle the problem. :)

i would send it in, thats the best way to go your warranty covers the replacment.

dont void your warranty. that would be the worst thing to do
