Delay when playing the drum?

Hi,

I've had some really bad luck with this game. First the two drumsticks were missing; after I got them the kick drum didn't work; today I got the replacement and started to play, but I find out that there seems to always a small delay between hitting the pad and getting the sound, which is really annoying.

Do I have to talk to the warranty team the third time?

Has anyone else had this problem?

Thanks. I tried to calibrate but my guitar and drum don't agree. If I use my guitar the video delay is like 30ms, but my drum would be over 100ms. Is it just I need more practice on the drum or something is really wrong?
