View Full Version : Does the Quickplay "Friends" Leaderboard work for you?

The Quickplay "Friends" Leaderboard never seems to show any of my friends' scores, it only shows my scores. But when I go to the actual Leaderboards under Extras, and check the same songs, it shows all of our scores.

For example, 3 of us have all sung Can't Buy Me Love. And all 3 entries are shown in the Extras Leaderboards. Yet when I go to the Quickplay Vocals Solo, the only entry present is my score.

Same thing happens for all other songs, same thing happens when I switch to Harmony scores, for which we have several songs that we have all sung separately. You can see these separate scores in the Extras Leaderboard, but they never show up in the Quickplay Leaderboard.

What's up?

(And btw, it sucks that there is no toggle button to switch between "Friends" and "Overall." You have to go back to the Settings and switch it every time...)

It didn't work when the game come out, but the problem eventually fixed itself. Maybe try switching your default leaderboard settings to the global leaderboard and then back to the friends leaderboard.

Ah, i'll give it a try again. I was wondering if it had something to do with giving time for the Quickplay friends leaderboard to load. LIke playing a few songs then coming back to check it.

It works fine for me, it just takes a long time to update, which has always been true of Rock Band games (and most games.)

I'd just love to know why http://www.thebeatlesrockband.com/leaderboards hasn't ever been able to find my PSN id at all. Even when I was ranked top 10 for "Do You Want to Know A Secret" it never appeared on the website.

Wow cool, didn't even know they added that. Hopefully it means Keldon and Bongoo can add these scores to their sites.

Well, Quickplay Friends Leaderboard definitely does NOT work for me. My brother on his gamertag has played the entire setlist on drums, and he is nowhere to be found on the Quickplay Friends Leaderboard. All it shows is my scores.

Go to the Extras Leaderboard, and there he is, under Friends, along with my scores.

I've tried playing a few songs to let it load, I've tried switching between Overall and Friends in the options, still doesn't work.

Please look into this HMX, thanks.

Usually works fine for me. Only one person on my friend's list has it though.

My wife's friends leaderboards aren't working in quickplay either. Although, they do show my scores, which is odd. I'm guessing that is becuase we're on the same console.

I think you hit it on the nose. I brought my memory card over to my girlfriends and messed around with it. I still can't see anything on my profile/Live Account, just my scores. But on her account, I can see her scores, my scores, and our friends.

It must have something to do with playing on the same console, because my brother got a large number of his scores, if not all, on my console before he switched to his.

I think.... Its still weird that it shows up in the Extras Leaderboard though, and doesn't work in the Quickplay Leaderboard...

This feature has never worked for me either. I'd also love to know if there is something I can do to fix it (toggling does not work), or if it will be fixed.
