View Full Version : EA Support Site: Status complete???

I just logged into my ea support account for the first time. I took care of my replacements a couple of weeks ago but never looked at the website to see the status. The status says complete. Does that mean they received my guitar and I have nothing else to worry about? Also, what does the status say when you have already received a replacement using the express method and they are waiting to receive yours? I'm hoping that by it saying complete, everything is final and they have received my package.

Complete means everything is ok.
