Drum bag Orders canceled?

So I guess about two weeks ago the drum bag was finally available for order, it was on backorder but there none the less

Checked my status tonight for the heck of it and it was set to canceled.
No emails nothing, this happen to anyone else?

Also it's been removed from the store.

Mine is still showing as "In Process", but I ordered one before they went on back order. No idea what is going on with them, but I still have not seen mine yet.

I got a response from support and was told that they are coming, but not until after the holidays. The removal from the store worries me, though.
