For songs like Because and She's Leaving Home, will whoever was not involved be in it. In Because will Ringo be sitting at his drumset, but not playing anything? Any thoughts?

I don't know, maybe some easy fillings. I can't imagine Ringo just sitting there. It would definetly not be strong on drums. But harmonies are going to be heaven!

Oh yeah I know, Harmony HEAVEN. I was just thinking about this, I had a dream yesterday with a very dark and dreary Because dreamscape with ringo just sitting there.

Well since he said on the Anthology that he learned how to play chess during the making of Sgt. Pepper, they should have him playing against George Martin in the background :)

In the manual they say that with the dreamscapes they take liberties with the history of songs to make sure every character has something to do with the song. So songs where Lennon didn't play on (I me mine, Guitar Gently weeps) he plays on in the background. I could see them doing something with Ringo if those songs even make it.

For She's Leaving Home, Ringo will be doing interpretive dance (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dtT4fLMP76I&feature=player_embedded#t=156).

Those songs are coming out with Abbey Road and Sgt. Pepper DLC.

Well, I think we should start to think about other songs like Blackbird and Across the Universe. Although I believe that drum charts will be empty for Because, I don't listen anything on drums there!

Is it true that when there is a song that has 1 part missing, you cant play that if you are that instrument? If so, mabey they will change it so you can still sit through it and watch stuff.

That is a good point. For a game whose DLC is based entirely on albums, making it so you can't play Abbey Road as a playlist with a drummer would be really crappy (if not devastating).
HOPEFULLY before they even thought about doing that, they'd put something there that doesn't exist. There's always going to be a spot where a bass drum note would feel appropriate.

John played bass on While My Guitar Gently Weeps though. In the dreamscape he plays acoustic guitar and Paul played bass/piano. On Here Comes the Sun, there is a guitar chart but I haven't paid attention to what he's doing, he could just be playing along with George. On songs like Eleanor Rigby it wouldn't just be a matter of Ringo not being in the game, there are are no actual drums that I know of.

Harmonix will probably do the same with songs missing an instrument track; not let the player play at all (ex. vocals for YYZ, drums for The End by Pearl Jam).

Across the Universe has some simple percussion, so the drummer will have something to do.
For the tracks without drums, the drummer can just wait for the next one.

Well, Ringo didn't play drums on Back in the USSR and they had him play anyways. Maybe he will be eating a sandwich on Because.

Im hoping he'll be playing chess with George Martin in the backround.

George Martin played the harpsichord on "Because" though, so he'll be busy. And yea Paul played the drums on "Back in the U.S.S.R." because Ringo had quit the band for a few weeks during that time.
