In every video, there's a mistake nobody saw...until now.

When they're playing with their guitars, they don't have a guitar strap. Did you ever try to play with a guitar standing up?

If not, well, let me tell you, it's not possible.

I've done it, it is very hard to do. I guessing that putting a guitar strap in the game would add technical issues and just look bad.

Until now? People have been talking about this since GH1 came out. What was that, like 2005?

I wondered why they didn't add straps into TB: RB, I guess to ensure parity with RB3 but still.

Since all the background animations are fully pre canned/the same every time then technically they could do it much easier, dealing with clipping problems as they occur.

To much work for little gain I guess.

i dont recall seeing a guitar strap in any videogame.Fixed that for you. The guitar straps aren't worth the amount of time and money that would go into coding them. You would also have to recode them for every outfit so they don't go through the clothes.

The Beatles are so mighty and godlike that they don't need straps.

Precisely. If you can get your eyes off the chart long enough to look at your guitarist, it would usually be from the front or some other angle where you wouldn't see much of the strap anyway.
