Well they said since they are so close in conception ther shouldn't be any problems but they said if the first child is a preemie then that could result in complications for the 2nd child i.e underdeveloped lungs and such.

so what happens when the first baby is due and comes out, does the premature baby chill inside the womb, or does it come out too?

i think it just chills for a while if it isnt as developed as the original child.

It's relieved to have the room all to itself and starts hanging all their own posters, playing all the music their sib doesn't like, and starts bringing other fetuses over to party late at night.

If she goes to term with the first baby, she would be ok with the second. At 37 weeks, its considered full term, so if she delivered the first at 40 weeks, and the other at its 37 week stage, they'd both be ok. Its when you get to the 32-35 week range where things are iffy - especially with the lungs.
**I am not a medical professional, this is all just my opinion based on books and the ER medical shows (the real ones not the Drama ones) that i'm addicted to.
