I have a question that has been lingering in my head for weeks now.. Do we NEED an XNA membership to get the RBN plugin / documentation? Or is the XNA membership only required to audition songs and upload them.

You do not need an XNA membership to download the Reaper plugin or Magma, or access the Creators docs.

But you will need one to audition songs on your Xbox or upload them through RBN.
