Custom skins/guitar art/stuff

Can someone point me to an FAQ, Wiki or tutorial on how people are creating original art for their characters and instruments?

You have to go to the Rock Shop.

For your instrument, if it can be customized you should notice a yellow icon on the bottom of the screen. Press the yellow fret button and then go to add art.

The same thing is available through the Rock Shop for your character. It's under Ink and Scissors.

yup yup. the only guitars im aware of that CANT be customized are the specialty guitars (mace, goat head, bomb, etc...)

everything else you can. on the screen where you select the guitar and paint scheme, just push the yellow fret and enjoy
