Unable to link my game

I recently purchased Rock Band for my PS3. I have a PSN account, and I am trying to link the game using the website code I get in the game. But the font used is not very readable, and I am having problems identifying some of the letters. Especially I am having problems with some letters that could be O (as in Oscar) or 0 (as in zero), as well as one that could be U (as in Uniform) or V (as in Victor). I have tried every single combination I can think of, but when I try them I always get this error:

good luck getting an answer, unless you're an American, and i mean no disrespect, but this site is heading that way....i've been asking for assistance for weeks now with a small issue and I guess we in Canada don't matter, just our hard earned money buying their crap!!!!

Are you trying this while logged in on PSN or are you offline?

i'm xbox live, but even when my console is shut off and i'm signed out on my computer, same ole sh**t, and i've sent countless emails to "support" and I use that word sarcastically....kept asking me my state and birthdate, then wouldn't update anything, then it just did nothing at all , so I unlinked and have been trying to relink for weeks now, but I did get an interesting email from a Martinez guy from support telling me "according to their records your problem has been resolved"......must be a government agency when they think that the existing problem still being there is "resolved" , in other words you bought the game, countless xbox live cards (which are kinda expensive i may add) and bought countless DLC, so we have your money now so FU...thats the impression I get when ppl don't get back to you. So although I love the game, i won't be purchasing RB3 thats for sure
