I ordered my replacement drum pedal on December the 8th via the EA RB Instrument Warranty form. I used the "2-day" option by providing them a credit card number.
I got a confirmation email with a WAYBILL number from EA on December 12th.
The replacement pedal arrived at my house on December 17th.
The total time between report and delivery was:
6 business days / 9 calendar days

What does your replacement look like? I got mine today and it's just like the original. I've seen a picture of a newer model that's supposed to be made better. Unfortunately, the picture was only of the bottom of the pedal near the orange plastic, so I couldn't see how it's better. The difference between the 'new' one and the one I have is a little tab that protrudes farther toward the top (toe area) of the pedal.
The picture can be seen here: http://www.woodrockpedals.com/ if you want to see what I'm talking about.
BTW: I've been trying to contact customer support since I opened the replacement box tonight... The line rings a few times, but then it hangs up on me... (Just wondering if anyone else is having the same problem.)

it hangs up on u if they have too high of a call volume. It happened a lot to me. U just need to keep trying.
Also, my pedal took 2 weeks due to the whole if you ordered near release they didnt send them thing. After it eventually did ship though, it was 1 day shipping. I have had my new pedal for about a week and it hasnt broken yet so just gotta hope its new

I do believe I have a newer "model" pedal. I didnt do a side by side comparison but I noticed that the new pedal was a really snug fit in the shipping box while the old one wasn't- it rattled around inside the box.
