The same way you do on any other game, with the headset. In the box that your USB hub came in will be 2 little headset adapters. Plug your headset into the adapter, plug the adapter into the little hole on the guitar or drums.

wow then they never gave me any, all I got in that box was the usb hub and the power cord for the hub.
