I'm finding it really hard to understand why there even IS a forum for this, apparently by reading some of these forums (and the many problems i've been having since weeks now) nothing is being resolved, so what gives? Ever since that stupid popup about your age and your (US) location came about, everything has been a mess...so what is IT doing about it? by the looks of it ignoring everybody, myself, i have a simple problem trying to get resolved since a while now, hate to someone with an even bigger problem, which leaves me to ask......why would anyone that has had any horrible customer service like that actually purchase anything in the future from this company or companies, most ppl like when they feel like they have mattered as a customer and makes them come back for more, but these guys just don't seem to get that....a lot of hard earned money goes into video gaming and a little assistance now and then wouldn't be that big a deal. Sorry for venting, just after asking for assistance over and over again and nothing back, you tend to get a little frustrated....alot frustrated.,

I understand how you feel, cause I get frustrated too, but I'm sure they are trying their hardest. I think a lot goes into this forum (some stuff we might not even realize), so while you think they are sitting around doing nothing, I'm sure they are working on something. I would love for them to answer all my questions and fix everything immediately, but it would be impossible for them.

I think they are doing their best, so give them a break :D

So the truth of the matter is that the web team (not the IT team, they are separate) here at HMX is really small for the amount of work that gets done. After we finish a project, most of the devs move onto our new projects. It becomes hard for people to revisit stuff once it's gone out.

That said, even if we don't respond, we DO read your posts and make notes of them and try to get things fixed as soon as we can.

actually, i've asked for any posts made under the gemini2k9 profile to be deleted, I have already sent off a letter to support explaining why, my profile was being used by someone else (long story) and none of these posting on here were actually from me, there is nothing wrong with my page, someone had access (but no longer do!!!) to my email and everything else and sent some pretty nasty emails to support based on what i have read in my hotmail account. I have already apologised and rectified the situation, I only wish I had known this sooner, but had not been using the game or the webpage for a bit now due to being busy, I only discovered all this today and was shocked seeing my name in the forums!!! to my surprise eh? anyways, you can pretty well just ignore any postings done the last 2 weeks from my profile, they're just the result of trusting the wrong person with my information.

long story short, my page was being used by my ******* of a nephew when I allowed him to make a band and use my game while watching my pets while I was at work, so he was on here trying to use my page but couldn't due to the fact he couldn't sign in on my facebook since that account has a different password, I am responding through the forums he posted in explanation of what had happened....so this is the first time i've said anything through a post since buying the game, i clicked on forms today when I noticed the emails sent to support on my hotmail, and there was a message in my inbox on here from someone and i was kinda confused until I read the forums. Thats pretty well it.
