for the guys not using the whole drum stand...

i have mine on the table and its really starting to suck ass. i have a drum stool from my drum set, use that in front of the couch, set the pedal under the table and run the cord up through the table to plug it in.

problem is, my drums move a lot from the vibration, and the pedal does the same on songs with quick double bass's.

had a 35lb weight in front of the pedal but that doesn't help, just makes it curve sideways instead. do i really have to use this huge freakin stand to get normal play?

You can put the feet together like usual, but not attach the telescoping poles. Instead, the drum pads will fit right onto the feet themselves for table play.

As for the pedal, I don't know what to tell you.
