how can i subscribe to the zine?

i was subscribed but then my email changed. i changed it on my profile but my new email still hasnt recieved one zine and my old address is. i went to the home page and the "submit email for rock band updates" box only appears when i log out. and when i logged out and put my email address in it said i need to be 14 years of age or older..
wtf? how do they determine my age if not even logged in and im 18

You should be able to use the sign in on the main page, and if it's giving you a notice about your age that may be related to the new age and location pop ups at sign in. Have you encountered those pop ups yet? Did you enter your age as 18? We're still ironing out some pop up kinks so if your answer to both previous questions was yes just let me know and I'll pass it along to our Web Team.

when i signed in the submit email section turned into an Add Us on Facebook/Twitter.

..i had the Zine before on this same account, i just changed my email.

I originally signed up a LONG time ago, when it first started, but seem to miss a lot of them. Where is the sign-up page so I can make sure I'm on the list?
