Wireless Adapter Problems

I cant seem to get my wireless adapter to plug into my wii. Did i break something off on the USB end or what? If so, how do i replace it?

Now this is a new problem... Can you plug any usb device into your Wii?
there are 2 usb ports on the back of the Wii, will your wireless adapter plug into either of them?
USB connections are fairly rugged, I have never heard of anyone breaking a connector on any kind of device.

The wireless peripherals for Rock Band on the Wii use a USB receiver for their wireless capabilities, they do not connect directly to the Wii like on the Xbox.

Most people around here call these USB receivers "dongles". The PS2/3 versions use them as well.
