Yes Chatham is a dodgy place... my school is there and I live 5 mins walk from there :P

Although near the Chatham Maidstone Road its quite expensive. A paradox as its ohhhhhhh 10 mins away from chav central, the Pentagon.

But theres two great guitar shops so I'm not complaining.
