You don't ship the drum pads in 3 days but rather 7 days after receiving payment! Your website states 3 days... Customer service isn't responding to emails!

In what way is this official, or are you being deliberately misleading with this?

This site is not related to the game Rock Band directly or any of the companies involved in the game. I want to be clear about that.

However, there have been several threads in the past regarding the site and in an effort to streamline the posts and inquiries around the product, I labeled the thread as Official to mitigate confusion.

I just placed an order with them and they were amazing ay customer support it was like we were in a chat room we were emailing each other so much. Havn't got the pads yet but they should be on their way later today. They did a special holiday request for me. I am pretty positive they will come through for me. I'll let ya know

So you aren't in any way related to Harmonix, MTV Games, Electronic Arts, but you are a liscensed company making money by advertising on the official Rock Band site?

If I worked for any of the above listed companies I'd be banning you for life pending an advertising agreement.

I'm sure your intentions are good there Drumpad, but I'm sorry, I can't let this go.

Listen folks, don't waste your money. Those pads with shipping are $28. Better idea; go to Walmart and buy 4 $2 mouse pads and a $1 roll of double sided tape. Got to Michaels or some other hobbie store and buy 4 sheets of $0.89 self adhesive felt. Cut the mouse pads and felt to fit (find a bowl in your house that about the same size and trace it.) Stick the felt to the mousepads, and use a moderate amount of the double sided tape to attach them to the pads. What you get is a much quieter drumset that looks like mine for half the price.

How much emailing is needed to order drum pads? Sounds way too complicated for me.

Any modification that doesn't also reinforce the kick pedal is lame, and a rip-off

If someone has a pedal that is working perfectly, and hates the sound that their factory drumset is making, this mod is PERFECT for them, I quite frankly can't understand why you wouldn't understand that.

Honestly, I would much prefer to pay for their mod (which looks A LOT better than yours) than go out and do all those steps myself. I'd actually order right now if they had a better shipping cost to Canada.

Which brings me to my request. Make a lower shipping cost to Canada. I understand that it would need to be more, but it certainly doesn't cost the same to ship to Canada as it does to Europe like your scheme has now.

Thanks

Are you truly an official site endorced by Harmonix/MTV/EA or are you just using this forum to spam your own site?

This isn't really "official" (in the sense that none of the companies that worked or put out the game have anything to do with it) and this thread is bordering on spam. Locked.
