IS EVERLONG AVAILABLE FROM THE VERY BEGINNING OF RB2??? (Or do you have to unlock it?) I am 25% of the way into RB2 on the PS2. I have some DLC.

You have to unlock it, you'll either have to play through Tour or Challenges until you come across it and beat it.
