Quesiton regarding inviting friends to game

So I was wondering when i send an invite to a person on my friend's list, do i have to be currently "searching for more players" in order for them to join? I'm just wondering because there will be a bunch of random people who join and may take up slots that were otherwise reserved.

No, you can send an invite without searching for random players.

You can send the invite without having to search for more players and just wait for them to pop in.

Usually good to send at least 2-3 every other minute tho, just in case they try to join but something happens like it expired or there's no more room for that instrument. I usually try to join but the instrument I play is usually taken so I have to quit and switch, therefore I can't play without another invite.

Yeah cause usually i try to join and i cant sing and im like.. -.- wtf and then yeah... but ummm nintendo should make some sort of wii update regarding custom player searches... cuz i hate gettin stuck with sucky people.. like im not trying to be mean but they cant hit anything its like WOW ARE YOU 5?!?!?! Wait why am i commenting here....
