Yeah, TBS is awesome. Cute without the E, Make Damn Sure, and Liar are their most popular songs so I could see them potentially making a future setlist.
Singing any TBS song is mass fun by itself... throw in the ability to play the instruments along with it and it's practically fail-proof!

ANY TBS tracks in Rock Band would be incredible. I'd play them over and over. I was actually listening to "I'll Let You Live" the other day and, though it's definitely not one of my favorite TBS tracks, it seemed like it would work great in Rock Band.
