Ugh...EA definately not impressing me here...

Ordered a 360 wired guitar...provided credit card for the advanced replacement...have a pending $125 charge on my card...sent an empty PS3 box

Don't feel too bad, I had to go with a normal RMA cause I didn't have the money to do the express (already broke from buying that game and gifts for my family.) Sent it in last Monday (the 9th) and according to the tracking number it was "out for delivery" on the 11th. It remains "out for delivery" and it's now the 21st. 10 days on a truck waiting to be delivered, and that doesn't even include the time its going to take for them to ship me back the new one. Suffice to say I won't be able to play the game until 2008.

EXACT same thing happened to me! Requested express replacement of 360 guitar, got an empty PS3 box. I haven't check to see if the card was charged yet, as it was my mom's...

I ordered a replacement PS3 guitar and got an empty 360 box. Looks like these guys really have their **** together.

no credit card ordered box been waiting since nov 28 still no box BUMP FOR US:mad: oh bye the way if ya dont need that box send it my way seems EA doesnt have any to ship to customers that dont leave a deposit!!!

The funny thing is when they try and charge my credit card and I dispute the charge...because all they sent me is an empty box...
