Why am I logged in as other users?

In navigating the new site, it routinely says I am logged in as different users. If I wanted, I could change their profiles or do malicious things. This is probably not good that other people have access to accounts that aren't their own.

the same thing seems to be happening to me...I'm trying to link my account to my game and I keep ending up IN someone else's profile...with a message saying the link is complete (linking the wrong profile to my liveID), and a message saying the linking failed. Weird.

OK, this isn't good. I was having the exact same thing happening to me. I assumed it was a fluke.

Same thing happening here. I just hope no one gets a hold of my account and does less than nice things to it.

Something similar happened to me.

Here are the steps to replicate my issue:
1) I can log is as me without any problems.
2) I click "Leaderboards", still no problems.
3) I click "My Rank", BOOM. It thinks that I am someone else.
4) I click on "My Profile" and it takes me to that other person's profile. HOWEVER, it then correctly identifies me as, well, me. I CANNOT make any changes to the other person's profile.

Harmonix/EA/Webmaster/Whoever, I hope this helps you to determine the problem.

As a programmer and webmaster myself, I know how many problems can be caused by JUST ONE INCORRECT CHARACTER. It does not surprise me that a website of this magnitude, complexity, and traffic would have some problems at launch. The best thing that we pseudo-rockers can do is to give detailed explanations of the issues we are experiencing.

I can also attest to experiencing exactly the same issues. My username on the right hand side of the page is correct, but all the band details, characters, etc. are someone else's. Not only that, but if I go back to the page and try to re-link my account (I know it stated you can only do it once - but what the heck - I tried anyways), when I get back to the "My Profile" page, again my username is correct on the right hand side but I have a DIFFERENT band profile appearing. So it appears that the user profile is almost randomly linked.

Errr, methinks something is broken.

Of course I'm kidding. But I'll tell ya, it'd get fixed mighty quick if someone got mistakenly logged in as HMXSean or someone like that and started posting 'official' messages. :)

Edit: And I'm really digging the fact that every message I post I go back in time and post it above the post I'm replying to. That's awesome!

For the record, it keeps happening to me... it's even happening in the forum. When I found this post, it said I was logged in as someone else, and then magically fixed itself when I hit reply.
