Replacement Guitar

Okay, its been about 2-3 weeks that i already have sent my replacement guitar. Does it usually take this long for the replacement to come? Unknowingly i sent back the original guitar without writing down the Tracking code, so i have no recent information.
Could i get some help, should i call EA or UPS or both?
Help please.

I've had same problem with them. I did write down tracking number. It does take two days once you send the box back with guitar, but old guitar apparently sits on truck for a while after receiving it... from the time they receive the busted one and the time you get a new one it is almost unknown when it will be shipped....just call and keep after EA... I've annoyed the crap out of them the last few days.
