Xbox 360 Music Store not updating

I've been checking the Music Store regularly today for the Brutal Legend, Tenacious D, Kansas etc. updates but wiht no success; new releases only list alanis morisette, Breaking Benjamin, Alice in Chains and other older releases. I checked XBL's marketplace and they're listed there...but why isn't RB's own Music Store updating accordingly? I'm a bit worried because it's woefully painful to search through XBLM than it is to go through HMX's own store.

I've tried deleting the Music Store data on my HDD but it didn't change a thing after downloading Music Store again. Still no sign of today's DLC despite it being available on Live.

perhaps it's worth mentioning that I recently received a new console (to replace my old one), though I'm not sure if tha twould affect the music store updating (all the DLC i've purchased was automatically updated and works fine offline). Furthemore, I also replaced my RB2 disc as it has been scratched to hell and back.
