I bought a SE across the border in Messena, NY yesterday. When I opened the box at home it had this pink piece of paper warning the purchaser not to return broken peripherals to the retailer. After reading it, I flipped it over and what do I see? The same warning in French! Nothing else was French in the packaging, just this note. Has anyone else come across this before? Was this one of the originals that was destined for Canada in Nov., before the language packaging issue?
And now EB Canada is not able to fill all its preorders [sigh]
I also noticed on EB Canada's website that they guarantee a preorder when released. What's the retribution for breaking their guarantee?
