They announced that it's gonna come for the Xbox360 and the PS3 versions, but they didn't say anything about the Wii. IS it gonna be on the Wii and, if it is, when?

No, because A: Wii doesn't allow game patches, and B: from what I understand very few songs if any are going to be on the S3, it's mainly a 360 exclusive feature.

Tracks for the Rock Band Network will be made available later in the fall on the Xbox 360® video game entertainment system from Microsoft. Stand out tracks will follow on the PLAYSTATION®3 computer entertainment system and Wii™ console. Joining the more than 750 tracks available to date, the Rock Band Network Store will greatly increase the amount of music available through the Rock Band music platform and further confirm MTV Games and Harmonix’s position as the leading provider of downloadable content for music-based video games.

So they'll move stand out tracks to Wii and PS3.

An HMX rep did say (more than once) that they want it to be equal across all 3 platforms eventually and are working with Sony and Nintendo to do so. That doesn't mean it'll ever happen though, as they need the co-operation of Sony and Nintendo.
