so how long does express usually take

I've heard the horror stories of people waiting over a month even when they do express. So i wanted to know if anybody has had a good experience with RMA. 2day air, but how long is processing time?

If it makes a difference, I need to get replacement drum pads.

I've done the express method 4 times. Guitar, drum kit, pedal, and replacement guitar.

The guitar took 4 days to arrive, the drum took 3 days to arrive, the pedal took 4 days to arrive, and the replacement for my replacement was never sent at all. They sent me an empty box. My express option was changed to standard on their support site as well.

I've done two guitars...first one took 4 days to arrive the last one took 3.

It took 5 days for me, but that wasn't too bad. I ordered at like 11PM on Friday night and recieved it midday on Wednesday.

I did express simultaneously for my Guitar, drum pads, pedal, and sticks (they only sent me one stick in the box) on NOV 26. Guitar arrived first on DEC 2, although it was a broken guitar so I made a new rma. Then i got my 3rd guitar on December 12. I finally got my drum pads and sticks on DEC 18th, although they sent me the xbox 360 drum pads, and i have a ps3. As for the pedal, I'm still waiting on that sucker, gonna be a full month soon.

As you can see, it's pretty random as to how long this takes. For me personally, I got 2 guitars with time to spare in the time it took them to send one drum pad, and then they sent the wrong drum pad.

I ordered my express guitar on Monday and received it on Wednesday (both of this week). Just over 48 hour turnaround time. I guess they've gotten past all those delivery troubles.

Well I am already skeptical of this customer support. After i did the express rma, it showed a confirmation page with my rma number and ups tracking number. It told me to reference my rma number if i had any questions.

Alright, that works.

Then i get an email with only the ups tracking number, which then told me to reference the tracking number if i had any questions.

Wha? lol.

Cuddie, your RMA number keeps track of your order's status at the wharehouses (pending, completed, etc.), and the UPS tracking number keeps you up to date on the shipping.

oh i understand that but it just told me to reference two different numbers should i have a question on anything, not shipping or order status specifically

I put in for an express shipment of drums on Sunday night..its now the next Saturday and I still have no new drums.

I put in for a guitar on the 21st, received the box on December 5th...still no new guitar. I have a 180 dollar Kareoke game(not counting my GHIII guitar).

I sent my guitar out Nov. 18. I haven't gotten it yet.

My drums are broke now and I don't know if I should bother.

Hmm, I noticed both of you did it on Sunday. Perhaps it was overlooked because of that? I dunno. But I did mine earlier today (friday), so that may be good news?

It shouldn't matter when a form was put in, they still receive them. Its just that somehow, they have the absolute worst shipping department in the history of shipping, it seems.

mistakes happen, do you just like throwing your money away? I put in my express request last Tuesday morning and got the replacement on Friday.
