Quick play bass not on Leaderboard?

I thought if I played bass solo on quickplay it would show on the leaderboard? I played My Iron Lung last night and went to check the leaderboard, but it said I needed to play to be ranked. If the scores don't come from solo quickplay where do the bass scores come from?

From my experience, it takes a little bit for scores to show up in the leaderboard. I'm not positive about quickplay scores showing up, but I'd guess they have to, as like you say, where else would they come from?
