electronic arts garanty is a failure

Im sorry to tell you with such displesure that we are unable to ship to Puerto Rico Or any Us Territories at this time. If you might have a friend of family member that live in the continental Us, we can have your replacement shipped there and then you can arrange shipment of that package to your address in Puerto Rico ......that is the awnser they gave me when i contact customer support to inform that my guitar hardware is malfuntion the garanty of the product i pay is very bad is a shame the next i have to do is to take the incident to the justice department to find a solution thanks for nothing

That Puerto Rico thing is just a big scam by EA. If they can ship product there to be sold, they can ship product there to be fixed. Tell them to get off their asses and send you your replacement.

Yeah they 'looked' into it 2 weeks ago and no word. It's a big joke to them.
