i sent in my request for a box to replace my guitar almost a month ago and all i have is a tracking # and nothing in the mail to track! my warranty is going to be over before EA sends out my empty box. ive read many times that people here have sent and recieved replacements within the time period that my warranty process is going on!! because i didnt give a deposit of 125 dollars so therefore i must be at the very back of the"two day air" shipping of an empty box!!! im so upset i would never ever recommend an EA / harmonix game ever!! i played my DEFECTIVE guitar 30 minutes before it broke!! total bombed failure for the manufacturers!! :mad::rolleyes::confused::eek:

OMG, are you guys still going on about this. I would think that most of the replacements have been excelent. Judging by the fewer and fewer posts about defective equipment. Which kinda goes to show you that the replacements are working as intended. No one and nothing is perfect all the time. :eek:

Here's the question you have to ask yourself. Are there really fewer and fewer out there each day or are people just tired of getting nowhere and not bothering to post anymore?

i am really ! nothing is being done for me! and the sites been down for few days not everyones back yet.

Only real problem I had was the time it took to get my replacement.
