I called in today to speak with a supervisor and was cut off by a support rep saying it was unnecessary and that there was nothing that a supervisor could help me with that she couldn't. However, I am trying to request a game based on the precedence of people with these problems receiving one and although I am not angry with EA/HMX by any stretch, but I also realize they are offering gifts for people inconvenienced and I was.
I hope you got her name. Not her decision to make whether the supervisor can help you better than she can or not. That's the supervisors decision. I'd call and ask to speak to a supervisor right away, get your game and her reprimanded.

So I've had the same hassles everyone has been experiencing. Faulty guitar (frayed wire) returned to store and got a new everything. This box has faulty guitar. RMA'd and it was a reasonable amount of time.
However, my drum pads went and I RMA'd them. Received empty box even though credit card was authorized for $125. I have to sit on hold for 30 minutes to straighten this out. Another set is coming to me, but will not arrive for days and am now without this for Christmas.

As of right now, I feel like a succinct email to someone able to make that decision is the best/easiest way of accomplishing this. Thanks.

I'm really not trying to get anyone in trouble. Like I said, they have been making effort. Hence my desire just to email the request. Anyone have an address?
