hey ! it seems that evrytime i say something bad here on the forums i get a survey in my email ! has this happened to anyone else? im really tired of seeing them in my mailbox. if they want my opinion they should read what i actually write!! seems all responses are the same and are getting nowhere with anyone except frustration. i sent an support question that was very simple to answer "when will my empty box be shipped?" this question was completely avoided with i found your tracking #'s and its on it way! four questions the same three answers the same and one with an apollagy. thanks for the sympathy guys but answer the questions we ask an i dont know would at least be an answer! ok now the survey is totally bogus and bias it the scale like multiple choice style! disagree strongly to agree strongly 1-10 etc.the questions they ask you arent about product (which is what you want to know about) they are like " did the support rep answer your question in a time ly manner?" questions like this are very biased on the fact tey cant make you look bad no matter how they are answered? " was your rep courtious in his response?" ok guys we get the message!!! we will not be able to be put down with our award winning service? the people who have recieved this survey know exactly what im talking about! well god luck to all of you and merry christmas!!!:mad:i wanted to make my own poll? do you thinks its a bias poll? thought id be like there poll as an example!! check for yes ,leave blank for no
