Who here is buying the full album of Abbey Road, single songs, or none at all?

My thinking is this... I am going to buy everything they put out for this game. I would anyway, but the more money people spend on DLC the more DLC we are going to get.

There are so many songs not scheduled to come out on DLC (like my favorite song I'm DOwn). I worry about putting Abbey Road out first, with the Medley and then Her Majasty there are a lot of short songs on this album, I wonder if Rubber Soul should have been the first album to come out.

It doesn't matter, I will buy up everything, and I can't wait to play Oh Darling... it is going to be the first thing I do tomorrow.

I'm buying single songs only. But I will buy ALL single songs.

And yes, Rubber Soul totally should have been first. It is likely to be the only album that will have songs in three different venues. Plus, since they wouldn't be consecutive albums, Revolver wouldn't be weird coming 4th!

Same here, in regards to Oh! Darling...and the Medley. I'm buying it all. I really hope they release albums such as With The Beatles and Beatles For Sale, but not many people seem to favor those albums to the other and I think thats gonna hurt the chances for those albums to ever get released. It's a real drag too, because they only have what? 1 song from With The Beatles, 1 from Beatles For Sale, and 2 from A Hard Day's Night. That's ridiculous in my opinion. Those albums are loaded with popular singles, not to mention just classic rocker material. In all honesty, Let It Be is probably my favorite Beatles record. They did a good job including a great amount of that album on the disc, and I pray we see that album finished out, because two of my favorite songs from that album (One After 909, and For You Blue) were left off.

I'm gonna buy whatever they release for this game, no question, theres just hopes for certain things I look forward to.

I'm kinda confused here too, unless he's on the Wii.

Anyway, back on topic. I will be picking up all the DLC that comes out for the game.

I've stopped even looking at the Albums/Packs... So far, not a single pack has contained 100% songs I like. And since I'll never pay 15 euro for one two songs, I will just continue cherry-picking the songs I do want.

Being able to purchase single songs is, imo, one of the key features of Rock Band as opposed to Guitar Hero. (Don't agree? Check Metallica songs in Guitar Hero - all their songs are listed as "Not available as a single download")

That's what it is. I don't count it as the full album because I can't get the medley. But I'll be damned if I let that keep me from buying up everything in sight.

I'm going to buy all of Abbey Road and Rubber Soul. I may pick and choose from Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, or I may buy the whole album. I plan on buying more dlc after that.

I listened to all 3 albums and will be getting each of them in full. I always listen to songs I've never heard of before deciding on what DLC I get, so future purchases will, like every other week of regular RB DLC, be determined by what songs I like.

Give Lovely Rita, the Sgt Pepper reprise, and A Day In The Life a second listen. The rest I could understand not being crazy about at first listen, too, but those songs will be pretty awesome in the game.

Oh, and for A Day In the Life, you must play it on good speakers, on headphones, or any other way that you can make it the only thing you're hearing. Make sure you've got one of the remastered versions, too, it's clearer. Simply because to really get the song for the first time, you have to listen to it when you have cleared your brain and are REALLY listening, not just previewing.

Fixing A Hole is my favorite Beatles tune of all time, and for you to not appreciate Sgt. Pepper (regarded as the single greatest LP in Music history) it breaks my heart.

Sgt. Pepper's isn't even in my Top 5 Beatles albums. It's an important album, a groundbreaking album, but when it comes down to songs it can't compare with Revolver, Rubber Soul, The Beatles, Abbey Road, A Hard Day's Night, or Help.

Which means, of course, the album is still breathtakingly awesome, just not up to par with some of its brethren. :)

I would have Abbey Road right now, if it wasn't for the constant lateness of EU Wii releases... >:(

I've got all alc 'cos I'm a fan of music and Rockband. To get Beatles music is a bonus I never thought to see. My other favourite bands tend to be instrumentalists (Shadows, Focus, Mike Oldfield, etc) so I have little to no hope of seeing them on RB.

The Abbey Road album is the best album I have ever heard in my 54 years and has lost none of its appeal.

Dlc? Bring it on!

Meanwhile, Sgt. Pepper's is my all-time favorite album, I just love the cover, the songs, everything! That's exactly my type of music, you don't know how happy I was when they announced it for DLC.
