Music Store

So I heard today that the Music Store for this game would finally be up. Not to mention that when I preordered the game and got the voucher saying I get three free songs and chose the songs on the internet, it said the songs would be there today [Oct 20th, 2009] but whenever I try to connect to the store it just says that it may be disabled on your Playstation network account. What do I do?
