How POOR EA's support is and what utter morons they have.
First of all, my drums were broken right out of the box. So I have not had a chance to play at all yet. I ordered Express RMA for a new set. I just got them today and opened the box.
Its for the WRONG CONSOLE. How the HELL do you make such an idiotic mistake? Even the packing list says Playstation 3 on it, so it wasn't my fault I got 360 drums. Christmas just got a whole lot crappier. EA is just run by complete, idiots monkeys.
Sorry, but I had to get that rant out somewhere.

Please, rant on. I have lost all control when it comes to dealing with them. Many calls, still don't have my mic over 30 days later. I am waiting to see if I get charged, that's going to be one fun irate phone call. Sr. techs are the only ones that speak english, the jr. techs are useless and can do nothing but say "Oh your shipment should arive soon." Even when UPS says differently; something tells me to trust UPS instead of the guy I can hardly understand. I express my mic, 30 days still no mic. My neigbor does the non-express and they sent him a box to put his guitar in 3 days later. "Hey, thanx for the $125 dollars, enjoy being bent over." I think its criminal, I would actually join a class action suit.
When I talked to a Sr. tech (and nothing against her) she offered me a $20 coupon. Is this the plan? I don't want to buy any more of your games, you can't even get the parts to one game to me, why should I buy another? So please, rant away; I know I am. Has anyone heard about a class action suit? Because that would be awsome, maybe EA would stand by their stuff then.
