Alright so i made another thread before and people recommended i return the guitar, so i went to the Ea support site , and picked express, i entered credit information and it said, credit accepted, then i pressed continue but nothing happened it said "exception occured" so im wondering did it still accept it or not? will they ship it? or do i have to fill the thing out again?help please.

i think the easiest way to check is to log in the ea support site and see if your rma request is listed. it's been showing up in the "my questions" section. if you dont see it you should call and have them check.

Ok thanks, also i heard that you can get a free game if your guitar comes out faulty, how does that work?
EDIT: Ok i checked it says cancelled RMA, so im guesssing that means it didnt work so i should do it again right?
