I purchased the Rockband Beatles Special Value Edition, and I've got assembly problems with the guitar and drums.

One of the locking mechanisms on the drums does not lock on the pole. It just flops up and down without any resistance. I tried EA support (http://support.ea.com/rockband), but they don't address my problem.

Is there anything I can do?

And the guitar won't push down all the way:

Is this correct? There's a huge gap between the headstock and the neck. I'm afraid if I push too hard, I'll break it.

A couple of ways you can fix the drums.

1) Call EA and explain what's happening, they should be able to do the RMA for you.
2) Duct tape the support that isn't cooperating at the height you want. Over time, you'll have to replace the tape, but it seems to work reasonably well.
3) Get your set to the height you want, then drill a hole through the outer and inner tubes (both sides) of the broken support. Put a bolt in to secure. You can add other holes in the inner tube to make it adjustable if need be.

For the guitar, that's not right. Try pushing the head stock a little harder, it should snap in flush.

Thanks for the response. I did manage to get the headstock on. It just took more force then I thought. I just didn't want to break it.

As for the drums, I really don't want to endure a RMA for this. I opt'd for method 3. Drilled a hole and threaded a screw in it. It's not like I'm going to adjust this anyway. ;)
