I want my old account back!

Help!! Harmonix Tech support, is there a way I can get my old account back? I know that you sent out an email with a temporary password for people who already had an account. I used my company email to create my old account, but it so happens that I don't work there anymore so I can't access it.

I used to be LZ_Reborn if it's possible PM me, I can give any information on my previous account (email, old password, personal info)

Same happened to me. I used to be SilentCapybara and I've tried getting the password email around 6 times. No email at all and I sometimes get welcomed as ,"welcome .....(random username). TECH SUPPORT NEEDS TO SET THIS SITE STRAIGHT AGAIN AS IT WAS! I.E: Fix the password/email situation, Stop showing other users where it says "welcome, SilentCapybara" and just get this site back to normal! I also have experienced noticable lag of loading screens on multiple computers (high end comps not crappy slow ones). So PLEASE FIX THESE ISSUES!

I lost my old account too. None of the passwords I used seemed to be working, so who knows if it got reset or what. My old name was 'toefer', oddly enough, and if there is anything that can be done, count me in as another that would like their old account back.

I just discovered that passwords were reset. If you still have access to the e-mail account you registered with, check it (and your spam folders... that's where it was for me).

Only reason I'm logged in on forums is cause I have the "sign in automatically" thing checked. But I can't use the Rockers section :(

Same here mine was Swagger, I didn't post much so I don't want it back. I also am unable to link my tag to the site? I did everything that I was told to do but, it say's "this account is not linked to a gamertag."

Is there a way to delete your account? If so, someone please explain. And whatever happened to the PM section? I know you can see it on home page, but I want it accessible from the forums like the old times. DANG YOU UPDATES! Messed everything up

Ok the password retrieval worked. All you have to do is put in your old username if you still have the original email. Curse reset passwords!
